The fiber ball filter is a relatively new type of water precision treatment equipment in the pressure filter. In the past, the double filter material filter, walnut shell filter, sand filter, etc. have been used in the reinjection treatment of oily sewage. Especially in low-permeability oil layers, the fine filtration technology used for water injection has always failed to meet the water injection requirements of low-permeability oil layers.
The fiber ball filter can meet the standard of oily sewage re-injection. It is made of a special fiber filament synthesized by a new chemical formula. The main feature is that it has been substantially improved, from the lipophilic type of the fiber filter material to the hydrophilic type. The filter layer of the high-efficiency fiber ball filter uses polyester fiber balls with a height of about 1.2m, and the raw water enters and flows out from top to bottom.
The fiber ball filter has the characteristics of low density, good flexibility, compressibility and large porosity. During filtration, under pressure, the fiber balls cross each other to form a dense filter layer distribution state. The fiber ball has its unique characteristics: the large specific surface area and porosity adsorb and simultaneously intercept the suspended particles in the water, giving full play to the deep dirt interception ability of the filter material; the fiber ball has the characteristics of not easily stained with oil, so the backwash is easier, Then the water consumption rate is reduced; it also has the advantages of wear resistance and strong chemical stability; when the filter material is seriously polluted by organic matter, it can also be regenerated by chemical cleaning method, which is highly practical.
