The water enters the filter from the water inlet. First, the coarse filter element filters out larger particles of impurities, and then reaches the fine filter screen. After the fine particles are filtered out through the fine filter screen, the clean water is discharged from the water outlet.
During the filtration process, the impurities in the inner layer of the fine filter gradually accumulate, and a pressure difference is formed between the inner and outer sides of the fine filter. When this differential pressure reaches the preset value, the automatic cleaning process will start: the drain valve opens, the hydraulic motor chamber and hydraulic cylinder of the main assembly release the pressure and discharge the water; the pressure in the hydraulic motor chamber and the sewage suction pipe drops greatly, due to the negative The dirt on the inner wall of the fine filter is absorbed by the suction nozzle, and then flows into the hydraulic motor chamber by the hydraulic motor, and is discharged by the sewage valve to form a sewage suction process. When the water flows through the hydraulic motor, it drives the sewage suction pipe to rotate, and the hydraulic cylinder piston drives the sewage suction pipe to move axially. The entire cleaning process will last for tens of seconds. The blowdown valve closes at the end of the wash, the increased water pressure returns the hydraulic cylinder piston to its original position and the filter begins to prepare for the next flush cycle. During the cleaning process, the normal filtration work of the filter is uninterrupted.
The principle that backwashing can be carried out automatically: As mentioned earlier, backwashing is realized by the opening of the hydraulic valve and the action of the hydraulic cylinder piston, and these are controlled by the backwashing controller. The backwash controller can accurately control the hydraulic valve and hydraulic cylinder according to the pressure difference from the inlet and outlet of the filter, and the power of the controller comes from the pressure of the pipeline itself.
Features of self-cleaning filter: Uninterrupted water supply during backwashing, and the entire backwashing is realized by cleaning every point of the suction nozzle. During backwashing, only a small local pressure changes between the suction nozzle and the fine filter, and the action of the collector and the hydraulic cylinder does not affect the normal water supply. At the same time, the amount of water consumed during backwashing is very small, and the flow rate is 300m3/h. Take the filter as an example: its backwash flow is 35~40m3/h, the backwash time is 7~15 seconds, and the backwash water volume is 80~160L .
