PAC dosing system is mainly used for the treatment of water supply, boiler water, circulating water, waste water, etc. in power plants, and can also be used in petroleum, chemical, environmental protection, water supply systems and other industries. The unit combined dosing device mainly includes a solution tank, a metering pump, a filter, a safety valve, a check valve, a pulse damper, a water level meter, and a control cabinet, which are integrated and installed on a base. The user only needs to place the combined dosing device in the dosing room, connect the dosing pipe and connect the power supply to start operation. The dosing device is based on the metering pump as the main dosing equipment. Automatic monitoring systems, power control systems, etc. are assembled on a common platform according to the needs of the process flow to form a module, the so-called skid-mounted combined unit.
The dosing device adopts the mechanical and electrical integration structure form, which can be divided into fixed type and mobile type (cart type) in terms of installation. Each form of dosing device is equipped with a stirring system, a dosing system and an automatic control system. . Several fixed skids can be combined into a whole, plus the frequency conversion control system, which can realize local control, remote automatic control, manual and automatic conversion and dosing. It has the advantages of compact structure, small volume, low noise, stable operation, simple installation and convenient operation and use.
The dosing device accurately configures the solutions of various solid and liquid chemicals through different process designs, and then uses the metering pump to accurately add them to meet various design requirements. Such as descaling, deoxygenation, coagulation, acid addition, alkali addition, etc. The dosing process can be operated manually, or through various electrical appliances and instruments such as PC, magnetic flap level gauge, PH meter, stroke controller, frequency converter, etc., to make the dosing device a mechatronic product and realize automatic control.
The dosing amount and dosing pressure of the dosing device can be selected according to the needs of the industrial process, and the appropriate metering pump can be selected. The flow rate is from 1L/h to 8000L/h, and the pressure is from 0.1MPa to 25MPa. Suitable products can be selected. The metering accuracy of the metering pump can be as high as +plusmn; 1%, and the simultaneous delivery of various media can be realized and adjusted individually.
