Laminate filters are widely used in industrial and commercial fields, such as food, textile, metallurgy, plastics, medicine, building materials, paper, industrial and commercial buildings, HVAC systems, irrigation, wastewater treatment, sewage regeneration, municipal water supply, water plants , large power plants, chemical enterprises, and emergency filtration fields, the filtration level is determined according to the water quality requirements of the subsequent water system or equipment, and the water quality requirements of water use occasions.
The filter element of the laminated filter, the lamination is the impurity treatment carrier. It is composed of a group of plastic discs with grooves in different directions on both sides. The edges of the grooves on the adjacent surfaces form many intersections Points, these intersections constitute a large number of cavities and irregular passages, which are continuously narrowing from the outside to the inside. During filtration, these passages cause turbulence in the water, which ultimately causes impurities in the water to be trapped at the various intersections. If the disc is superimposed and installed on the skeleton of the filter element, under the action of the pressure of the spring and the water inlet, a filter unit that is loose on the outside and tight on the inside is formed. The laminations in each filter unit are compressed by springs and water pressure to form a filter screen through which countless impurity particles cannot pass through. The lamination width is 12-14 mm. . Supplemented by stainless steel spring support, the structure is sturdy. The backwash water flow along the tangential direction of the inner wall of the laminations flushes various impurities adhering to the surface of the laminations from the inside to the outside, and the laminations rotate under the action of the backwashing water flow to ensure that all the dirt is effectively washed and discharged. All steps of backflushing can be controlled using time intervals and pressure differentials. Once set up, it can be used for a long time. The automatic backwash filter completes the entire automatic backwash process in seconds without interrupting work. The filter using this filtration principle has dynamic variable lamination gap during filtration and backwashing, which is very beneficial to improve filtration performance and filtration water quality, and can greatly reduce the water consumption for backwashing, usually about 0.25% of the self-consumption. The different depths and numbers of grooves on the disc determine the filtering accuracy of the filter unit.
