Equipment introduction

Polishing mixed bed, also known as one-time mixed bed, is generally used at the end of ultrapure water treatment system to further improve the quality of produced water and ensure that the water quality of the system can maintain the water standard. Generally, the water quality can reach more than 18 megohms. The resin of the polishing mixed bed cannot be regenerated and reused. The so-called polishing means the surface treatment of the resin. The ionic forms of the polishing resin are H and OH types, and they can be used without regeneration after filling. Generally used in electronics, medicine and other industries. After being installed in the EDI system, the water treatment equipment for further purification of water, the general polishing mixed bed can be divided into a primary polishing mixed bed and a secondary polishing mixed bed. MΩ or more, the second-level polishing mixed bed is the first-level polishing mixed bed produced water for re-polishing, so that the water resistivity is over 18MΩ.
