Introduction

DT self-adaptive high-efficiency filter is a high-efficiency filter with DT self-adaptive fiber filter material as the core technology. DT self-adaptive filter material is a filter body with novel structure developed by our company. The most notable feature is its intelligent self-adaptation and fractal structure. It not only has the advantages of high filtration precision and large amount of dirt interception of fiber filter material, but also has the advantages of high cleaning degree of backwashing of granular filter material and low water consumption.
 
DT self-adaptive high-efficiency filter is composed of DT self-adaptive fiber filter material, internal water distribution and air distribution device, and tank body. The filter system can be configured according to the actual situation of each project.
 
DT self-adaptive high-efficiency filters are widely used in water treatment fields such as domestic water supply, industrial water supply, circulating water treatment, chemical water pretreatment, and reclaimed water reuse, and can effectively remove a variety of pollutants.

Process Description

The flocculant is added to the suction pipe section of the raw water lift pump, and the flocculant is fully mixed with the raw water through the stirring of the pump impeller, and the micro-flocculation reaction is carried out with the fine suspended solids and colloidal substances in the raw water. The raw water enters the DT adaptive high-efficiency filter after being pressurized, and the raw water after the flocculation reaction passes through the filter bed, and the micro-flocs are retained.
 
Since the stabilization of the fiber filter bed takes a certain amount of time, the turbidity of the water filtered at the beginning generally does not meet the requirements, and the effluent at this time is called the primary filtration drainage. The primary filtration drainage should be inspected in time. After the turbidity of the effluent is qualified, the valve should be switched to send the qualified water to the clear water tank or other pipelines to the user end. Until the loss of filtration water head reaches the set value or reaches the set filtration time or the turbidity of the effluent is unqualified, it is a filtration cycle. Backwashing must be performed at this time.
 
During backwashing, clean water is sucked by the backwashing pump, passes through the bottom of the filter, and loosens the filter bed from bottom to top for 1-2min. Then air wash for 4-6min, then water wash for 3-5min, and then air wash for 4-6min. The final wash is 3-5min. The whole process takes approximately 20 minutes.
 
After backwashing, filter again.
