Introduction

The above-mentioned processing technologies all have various problems, and are still lacking in processing capability, stable operation and reliability. If the sedimentation tank process is used, the removal rate of suspended solids is low, the effluent quality is poor, the area is large, the cleaning tank is frequent and the workload is large; the concentrator requires low suspended solids content at the inlet, poor effluent quality, and easy clogging of inclined pipes (plates). Manual cleaning, the ash discharge standpipe is easy to block, resulting in poor mud discharge, and frequent pressure and rake accidents; the ceramic filter block covers a large area, requiring manual cleaning and backwashing, frequent cleaning, and high labor intensity; flocculation and sedimentation + Inclined tube + sand filtration process requires low suspended solids content at the entrance and needs to configure a huge pre-sedimentation tank, the inclined tube (plate) is easy to block, the sand filtration load is large, it needs to be backwashed frequently, and the filter layer is easy to harden. The problem with the above-mentioned processes is that the impact load is low. For suspended solids with SS>3000mg/L, especially for ash and slag water with SS>5000mg/L, it cannot be handled normally.
