Introduction
Pure water ultrafiltration system is a pressurized membrane separation technology, that is, under a certain pressure, small molecular solutes and solvents pass through a special membrane with a certain pore size, while large molecular solutes are impermeable and stay on one side of the membrane. , so that the macromolecular substances have been partially purified.
The pure water ultrafiltration system is an advanced membrane separation technology. The solvent and various small solutes contained in the feed liquid pass through the filter membrane from the high pressure feed liquid side to the low pressure side, thereby obtaining the permeate or ultrafiltrate; The micropores of the ultrafiltration membrane can reach below 0.01 micron (1/100,000th of a millimeter), which can effectively remove particles, colloids, bacteria, heat sources and organic matter in the water, while the solute molecules larger than the membrane pore size are retained by the membrane to form a concentrated solution.
Operating principle
The basic principle is to use asymmetric microporous structure and semi-permeable membrane medium at room temperature with a certain pressure and flow rate, relying on the pressure difference on both sides of the membrane as a driving force, to filter in a cross-flow mode, so that the solvent and small molecular substances can pass through. Macromolecular substances and microparticles such as proteins, water-soluble polymers, bacteria, etc. are blocked by the filter membrane, so as to achieve the purpose of separation, classification, purification and concentration of a new type of membrane separation technology.
Ultrafiltration is a pressure-driven membrane separation process. The separation range of ultrafiltration membranes is macromolecular substances and colloidal properties with a relative molecular mass of 5-1 million, and the diameter of the corresponding particles is 0.005-0.1 μm; the separation mechanism is generally considered to be mechanical sieves. The ultrafiltration membrane module includes plate type and roll type ultrafiltration membrane for water purification.
Concentration polarization is a natural phenomenon in the membrane separation process. How to reduce this phenomenon to a minimum is one of the important issues of ultrafiltration technology. The measures taken are: ① Increase the water flow rate on the membrane surface to reduce the thickness of the boundary layer and make the intercepted solutes be taken away by the water in time; ② Take physical or chemical washing measures.
