Introduction
A large number of hollow fibers are installed in the degassing membrane, and the walls of the fibers have tiny holes through which water molecules cannot pass, but gas molecules can pass through. When working, the water flows through the inside of the hollow fiber under a certain pressure, and the outside of the hollow fiber continuously draws away the gas under the action of the vacuum pump, and forms a certain negative pressure, so that the gas in the water continuously flows from the water through the hollow. The fibers overflow outward to achieve the purpose of removing the gas in the water. A large number of hollow fibers are installed in the degassing membrane to expand the area of the gas-liquid interface, thereby accelerating the degassing speed. There are newly developed degassing membrane products with high removal rate in China. For membrane degassing devices, the effluent carbon dioxide concentration can be less than 1ppm, and the low-concentration ammonia water can be less than 2ppb and can reach 5ppm. It can be widely used in the treatment of electronics, boiler make-up water systems and ammonia nitrogen wastewater.
The materials of the degassing membrane are mainly polypropylene polymer materials and polytetrafluoroethylene polymer materials. Degassing membrane modules can be customized according to the throughput. With the continuous improvement of technology, high-efficiency degassing membrane products with woven structure have been developed, which can effectively improve the water output and removal efficiency per unit area of degassing membrane products.
